Errors and Omissions Policy

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or store partners, Perfect10diet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Perfect10diet.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Perfect10diet.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.

Coupons, Promotions and Rebates

From time to time, Perfect10diet.com offers discounts to its customers. Please see below for instructions on redeeming promotional coupons.

• During the checkout process, enter your coupon code in your shopping cart
• Verify the discount was applied to your order total in your shopping cart

Coupon and Promotion Policies

• One coupon per order. Coupons are not valid with any other coupon offer, shipping offer or promotion.

• If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be refunded only for the amount you paid (that is, the price of the item, less the coupon value).

Applicable sales tax will apply to the following areas: Illinois 6.75%, Connecticut 6%, New York 7%.

Payment

Charging Your Credit Card

Upon acceptance of your order, your credit card will be authorized but not charged. Your credit card will be charged upon processing of the order for only the shipped items, shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes. Orders ship out 24-48 hours after processing.

While Perfect10diet makes every attempt to fill all orders placed, some items may be delayed or backordered. If this is the case, you will receive notification via email.

If Perfect10diet cannot confirm shipment of your requested item(s) within thirty days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation for any unshipped item(s) will be processed automatically. You will receive notification of this cancellation via email.
