If you are looking for recipes that follow the perfect 10 diet watch the Food Network's Five Ingredient Fix with Clare Robinson. She cooks many healthy Perfect 10 friendly dishes. I wish she would collaborate with Dr. Aziz and come up with a cookbook with lots of recipes.

I'm still searching for some more recipie ideas and am having trouble finding any that aren't already in Dr. Aziz's excellent book. Where should I be looking? Thanks. Linda

I just bought the book after seeing Dr. Aziz on Fox & Friends, and spent the morning reading as much as I could...then headed to the market. Wow, this makes so much sense! My cart was full of "carbs" like plums, cauliflower, asparagus and berries. YEAH!
