I am with Paulette -- I have been on the perfect 10 diet for 3 weeks, and haven't lost any weight. I have not eaten any mustard, as it has vinegar which Dr. Aziz says not to use, nor anything processed, Worcestershire Sauce has vinegar, molasses, and high fructose corn syrup! all of which Dr. Aziz says not to eat anything containing molasses, and high fructose corn syrup. My husband and I have been eating mostly organic when we can. Don't understand information on this website and eating plans that are not what the book says. Please help.

I noticed in the recipe and other recipes as well that Dijon mustard, worchestershire sauce etc are listed. I am confused about what bottled/packaged items we can and cannot use. Can you help? thanks
