An Introduction and an Interesting Study from the CDCPosted by lyron.bennett Tagged in: perfect 10 diet |
Hi Perfect 10ers!
Hope everyone has had a great start to the New Year and is on their way to Perfect 10 health! I wanted to introduce myself: my name is Lyron Bennett and I am going to be the lead question wrangler and head cheerleader for you folks. I am the one who will be answering all of your questions and just generally cheering you along on this journey. I will be posting answers to your questions as they come in (if I know the answer) or quickly afterward (if we need to consult Dr. Aziz). We are starting to get great community response both here and on the Facebook page (and I know many of you are following us on Twitter as well) and I just wanted to say…Thank You!!!
