About the Perfect 10 Diet

Answers to one of the biggest medical problems of our time.

The Perfect 10 Diet program finally answers many of the questions that you have always wanted to know about weight loss. If weight loss was just a problem of calories in and calories out, everyone would be the weight they want to be. Congratulations to Dr. Michael Aziz for bringing us this informative book on answers to one of the biggest medical problems of our time.

Becoming a “perfect 10” is about achieving perfect health through a diet and lifestyle designed to balance the 10 key hormones that directly impact health and weight. It is neither a low-fat diet, nor a low-carb diet.

It is a unique, science-based approach to nutritional balance for stabilizing hormone levels. Dr. Michael Aziz has personally worked with more than a thousand patients who lost an average of 10 to 14 pounds in the first 3 weeks on the diet, without feeling hungry, and showed remarkable improvement in the markers for heart disease, blood pressure, diabetes, and overall health.

The book includes tips for getting started and overcoming sluggish weight loss, a guide to hormone supplements, inspiring real-life case studies, frequently asked questions, a comparison to nine other popular diets, more than 70 recipes created by chefs from Maison and the Russian Tea Room in New York City, and much more.

Unlike low-fat, low-carb diets and other diets that disturb hormones, the Perfect 10 Diet helps balance 10 key hormones to melt away the pounds, speed up metabolism, and help people achieve perfect 10 health for life. The Perfect 10 Diet is also an anti-aging diet as it shows readers how to help balance many of these hormones as they decline with age. I created the Perfect 10 Diet because I believe everyone can be a perfect 10 when it comes to health. My plan provides physical results that will make you feel better for life.
